What to report
Listings that seem inaccurate or fraudulent, messages that violate our policies, or any behaviour that makes you feel unsafe. Reports are confidential.
How reports are handled
Our Trust & Safety team reviews every report. Depending on severity we may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts and remove listings or reviews.
Urgent situations
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then notify our 24/7 safety line.
