Using Staye
By creating an account you agree to use Staye lawfully and respectfully. You're responsible for the accuracy of your listings and the conduct of your bookings.
Bookings and payments
A confirmed reservation is a contract between guest and host, with Staye facilitating payment. Service fees and cancellation terms are disclosed before you pay.
Content and conduct
You retain ownership of the content you post but grant Staye a licence to display it. Content that is fraudulent, harmful, or illegal may be removed.
Liability
Staye provides the platform but is not a party to the stay itself. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
